About PANAR
PANAR is an online marketplace connecting customers with African-owned businesses and products across South Africa.
*Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR)*
- Payment is required in full at checkout
- Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed
Fulfillment
PANAR operates as a marketplace. Products are fulfilled and shipped directly by individual vendors. Delivery timeframes and costs vary per vendor and product.
Collection Option
Where available, customers may be offered an in-person collection option at no delivery charge. This is subject to vendor location and availability.
Vendor Products
PANAR takes reasonable steps to ensure all listed products are from verified African-owned businesses. However, PANAR is not responsible for the quality, safety or accuracy of individual vendor listings.
Liability
PANAR's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for delays or damages caused by vendors or couriers.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
