At PANAR we connect you with African-owned vendors across South Africa. Here's what you need to know about shipping:

How Shipping Works
PANAR is a marketplace — products are shipped directly to you by individual vendors. We do not hold inventory.

Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are set by each vendor based on the size, weight and nature of their products. The delivery fee for each product will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary per vendor and location. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout or by the vendor upon order confirmation.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Combined Shipping
In some cases where vendors are located near our fulfilment point, PANAR may consolidate products from multiple vendors into a single delivery to reduce your shipping costs. Where this is possible, customers will be notified.

In-Person Collection
Where available, customers may collect their order in person at no delivery charge. This option will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
